Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a holistic system of wellness rooted in tradition and informed by modern science. One-on-one Yoga Therapy is the individualized guidance of these teachings and practices. It’s you and me, and yoga your way.

Your sessions may include postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness tools and meditation, yoga philosophy and Ayurvedic insight. Yoga Therapy supports the wholeness of the individual, in its bio-psycho-social spiritual approach to health. Our overall wellness encompasses our physical body, psychological and emotional health, as well as our sense of purpose and fulfillment in life.  

One-on-One Yoga Therapy sessions allow for the time and space to dive into the parts of the practice that are really speaking to you, or that your body, mind or heart are asking for. Together we will discover the therapeutic yoga that’s right for you.

Weekly Livestream Classes

Each week I teach three donation-based online yoga classes. During class I demonstrate some postures, and I also teach from my computer at times (not demonstrating), so I can see more details and offer specific guidance. This creates a container of connection and support, like we have when we practice in-person.  

My classes are informed by the lunar cycle, the season of the year, and the needs of those practicing with me. You’ll be surprised at just how good your online yoga can feel.
