You will learn many different approaches to concentration meditation ranging from engaging your senses outwardly, to more inward objects of focus including mantra, the breath, and the body. This workshop will be part lecture, part discussion and part practice, so you’ll learn how these various styles of meditation work with the brain and why one may be a better fit than others for different people and needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to try these techniques out for yourself.
