One-on-one lessons provide the opportunity to work in greater depth with the healing modalities of yoga. In each lesson I incorporate postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness tools, customized to YOU and your health goals. Each lesson includes a detailed write up (and may include images and recordings) of what we discussed, what we learned, and your yoga therapy homework. You are not alone on your healing path! Between our lessons I am available for continued email support.
In addition to our work together, you may give me written permission to speak to your doctor, physical therapist, or other health care provider, and as a team we can all create a plan to help you thrive in your life.

Group private lessons are a great way to get personalized instruction at a lower cost than individual private lessons. Group sessions can be exactly what you want them to be: with a friend or a sweetie, for larger group events such as birthday parties or or family yoga, and in the comfort of your own home, at my studio, or at an event space.
Enjoy a unique way to connect with others in a more intimate setting than a public class. I will tailor the practice to suit the group’s needs. For example:
A couples practice for an anniversary celebration might consist of heart opening postures and breath work, and some partner yoga.
A birthday party practice could look like a fun and light-hearted vinyasa practice set to music to get you and your crew ready for a night out on the town.
A practice to end a busy work-week with you and a few friends who are in need of some R&R to help you transition into the weekend.
The possibilities are endless. Email me to plan your personalized class today!

YOGA IN THE WORKPLACE
Making yoga accessible to everyone is a core value of mine, which is why I love teaching yoga at offices and schools. How much easier can it be to get your practice on, then a mid-day meditation break, or a 5pm yoga class before you even leave your office?
I teach what the people need to stay healthy and well, and thrive in their work environment. Studies show that mindfulness practices can reduce workplace tension, improve communication, and increase adaptability to stressful demands. What a great way to build coworker and peer morale and grow a cohesive community! If you’re office hasn’t implemented yoga yet, it’s time!
