Red Tent Yoga Retreat for Women

Red Tent is a celebration of the Divine feminine. This sacred circle is a space where we care for ourselves, and for one another, with postures, breathing, meditation, song, massage, storytelling and celebration of the goddess in us all. The practices will be focused on pelvic floor health and tailored to embrace and nourish our bodies in alignment with our fertility and lunar cycles. We’ll discuss anatomy, why it’s important to have a healthy pelvic floor and symptoms of when it’s out of balance. And back by popular demand (this was voted the most awesome of all the Red Tent events from our previous retreats) we will have a ceremony to celebrate each woman as the goddess that she is. There will be lots of practice, as well as plenty of time to rest, soak, sauna and explore.

Retreat cost: $172/person before June 1st, $197/person after June 1st + lodging cost 

Retreat cost is listed per person, for 2 nights and includes meals. All cabins are shared lodging. Community bathrooms are located near cabins without bathrooms.

Tell us if you have special dietary needs, will need to rent bedding ($18/single, $24/double), or are interested in carpooling.
