One-on-one postpartum yoga therapy

In addition to our One-on-One sessions, together we will craft little postpartum yoga snacks (short practices) for you to fit in when you can. Finding small windows of space for self-care is essential during these busy times. One minute of a therapeutic postpartum yoga pose or breathing technique, created specifically for you, can make all the difference in exhausted or anxious moments.
