What is prenatal yoga therapy?

Prenatal Yoga Therapy benefits and supports the whole you, and is unique to each individual. Together we may explore tools for muscle tightness and pain, postures for pelvic health, practices to build nervous system strength and resilience, and breathing to promote calmness and ease. 

Prenatal yoga classes

In your Therapeutic Yoga sessions, you will be guided through a tailored practice of prenatal yoga poses, specific to your needs, in the comfort of your own home. You’ll also have the option to record your prenatal yoga classes, so you have your own personal prenatal yoga video to practice with in the future. 

Following your appointment, you’ll receive a detailed written summary of your session, what we discussed and discovered, and your recommended practices. I’ll do the note-taking, remembering and recording, while you get to be led through a practice created just for YOU.
