Weekly Classes

My two weekly livestream classes are donation-based. I’m delighted to be able to support our community members whose resources and needs vary by offering accessible yoga classes.

The donation-based model is a community-supported model, allowing people who are experiencing financial hardship to join class at a reduced rate or at no cost, while those who are financially stable or have a little extra help out by donating at the “Suggested Donation” or “Pay It Forward” levels.

This community-supported model is a powerful way to practice. By joining forces we’re able to lift each other up, and also receive support. The folks who join these classes are dedicated, warm and welcoming. Many of us have been practicing together for a decade or more and it’s a true joy to be with such an incredible sangha.

I strive to offer the best yoga online I can. I aim to re-create the in-person experience online by offering individualized guidance, as well as before and after class check-in’s and conversation. Real connection, intimacy and the therapeutic effects of yoga are available to us in this online platform.

How to Join the Livestream Donation-based Classes

  • You do not need to register for these classes.

  • Simply follow the "Launch Zoom Class" link here or on the upper right-hand corner of each page of this website on a desktop/laptop, and in the drop-down menu of mobile devices. That link will bring you into my zoom waiting room and I'll let you into class five minutes before it begins.

How much to consider donating

  • The average donation per class ranges from $10-$20

  • Single Class Suggested Donation: $15, or any comfortable amount

  • Single Class Pay it Forward Donation: $18

  • Monthly Unlimited Suggested Donation: $120

  • If you are experiencing financial hardship: $0-$10

  • CREDIT CARD: visit the “Pricing” page for this donation option

  • Some people hop on Venmo before or after each class, and some settle up at the end of the week. Some folks send me a check from their residence or bank each month. And others purchase an individual class or discounted class bundles with a credit card here.
