Awaken the Body, Lift the Mood

On days that feel gray or heavy, this practice invites you to discover and build warmth and energy from within.

Through flowing movement, gentle ribcage openings, and mindful breath, we’ll awaken the body, enliven the spine, and stoke our inner fire and sun. Like the sun breaking through clouds, our inner fire awakens strength, focus, and vitality.

The practice includes kneeling flows and stretches, half sun salutations, standing side bends, standing twists, a warming Goddess vinyasa, and a grounded closing sequence with reclined stretches and rest.
