Fluid Strength
Water's strength doesn't come from its ability to hold one shape. It comes from its ability to take on many shapes, adapting to whatever it encounters while remaining remarkably persistent. Like a river slowly carving the landscape, its strength comes through patience, tenacity, and continuous flow. This practice explores that same kind of strength, inviting steadiness without rigidity and effort that is responsive rather than forceful.
We'll begin seated before moving through Bird Dog, Downward Facing Dog, Standing Side Bends and Twists, Squat, Goddess Pose, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, and Locust, creating opportunities to build stability, mobility, and coordination throughout the whole body.
The practice winds down with gentle twists and Savasana. As you move through the practice, notice how strength becomes more sustainable when it can adapt, respond, and keep flowing rather than holding tightly to a single way of being.
