Good in Your Body

What happens when you let sensation guide your movement? Rather than trying to make a shape look a certain way, this practice invites you to notice what feels good, what wants to stretch, what wants to move, and what wants to soften.

We’ll explore whole-body stretches, a reclined Hamstring and Hip flow, Windshield Wipers, Bridge and Butterfly Bridge, Cat/Cow, Kneeling Side Body Reach, and free movement. Standing sequences include shoulder and upper body mobility, Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, and a wide-stance forward fold, with Bhramari breath woven in at the beginning and end.

A gentle, exploratory practice for mobility, body awareness, and reconnecting with your own internal cues. A good choice when you want to slow down, listen inward, and feel a little more at home in your body.
