Rest, Digest, Release

This practice supports the parasympathetic nervous system and digestion through breath, gentle pressure, and steady, rhythmic movement. This practice includes reclined, and kneeling positions, there's no standing.

We begin with reclined belly and pelvic-focused breathing, then move into simple twists, kneeling abdominal activation and gentle belly massage using a rolled blanket. These inputs can help bring awareness to the belly and encourage subtle movement through the organs and surrounding tissues.

From there, the practice builds into a flow to encourage circulation and activation of the core, and prone back body activation, followed by twists and rest.

The overall pacing stays moderate and consistent, supporting both warmth and down-regulation.
